To make up for the oil consumed during frying, we don't use oil in the marinade of vegetables, and instead serve it with a generous salad.Instead of using white rice, we use grated carrots and rolled barley cooked in consommé to increase the nutritional value! It's delicious and doesn't have a strong carrot smell.
