Fried horse mackerel is a fried food that you'll want to eat when dining out and avoid at home as much as possible. To make up for the oil consumed when frying, we don't use oil in the marinade of vegetables and serve it with a generous salad.Instead of using white rice, we cooked grated carrots and rolled barley in consommé to increase the nutritional value! It's delicious and doesn't smell like carrots.
